Dr. Fang Jianmin, co-founder and CEO of the company, has more than 20 years of experience in biopharmaceutical research and development and more than 50 drug invention patents. He is the inventor of the company’s marketed core products, Telitacicept and Disitamab Vedotin. He obtained a master’s degree in biology from Dalhousie University in Canada and received postdoctoral training from Harvard Medical School. He served as a member of the overall expert group for the “Significant New Drug Creation” national science and technology significant project during the “Twelfth Five-Year-Plan” and “Thirteenth Five-Year-Plan”. He has won honors and titles, such as “National Distinguished Expert from the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC”, “Taishan Scholar” from Shandong Province, and “Qilu Outstanding Talent Award”. Currently, he is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Life Sciences and Technology, Tong Ji University.
