Guobin Huang
Independent Non-executive Director
Mr. Guobin Huang has served as an independent non-executive director in RemeGen Co., Ltd. since January 2025, responsible for providing independent opinions and judgements to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Huang obtained his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tongji University in 1991 and received his MBA from Lancaster University Management School in 1997. Mr. Huang received the Shanghai Overseas Talent Award. He is a member of Tongji Board of Directors and a member of Oxford Business Alumni Network.
Mr. Guobin Huang served as a senior executive at major financial institutions, including CICC, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. He has 30 years of experience in finance and management.
